Proposal for popular fast-food drive-thru is back in Clay; clears 1st hurdle

Clay, NY – A proposal for a Tully’s Tenders drive-thru, rejected by the town board in Clay in August, is back and has cleared its first approval.
The town board voted 4 to 2 Wednesday night to approve a special permit for the drive-thru at 3567 Route 31.
